Summer Language Institutes
Immerse yourself in a foreign language through one of our intensive institutes this summer. Open to UW-Madison students, including visitors from other schools, this experience includes classroom instruction, plus field trips and other fun cultural activities. It’s a great chance to learn languages that aren’t taught very often in the United States, from Arabic to Uzbek.
Consult your advisor for details on how an institute can help you meet a language requirement, graduate early, or lighten your course load in a future semester, and follow the links below for application information and other details about our language institutes.
