Summer Term housing in the UW–Madison University Residence Halls is available. Summer housing will be located in Waters Residence Hall for summer 2026. If you complete a housing contract for summer term, you could be assigned to either of these residence halls and the location is subject to change. Students will not be released from their summer term housing contract based on location.
