Early Start

Our early start programs allow incoming first year students to take classes in the summer before their first fall semester. Early start programs give students a head start on their UW-Madison journey and help make a smooth academic transition to college.

Work with some of the world’s leading researchers. If you’re an undergrad with minimal research experience and an interest in science, you can apply for this program—and its $1,500 scholarship.
